Die hier dargestellten beiden Datens\u00e4tze beinhalten Messwerte aus Absorptionsmessungen von a) 5 bereits bekannten Proben und b) einer unbekannten Gew\u00e4sserprobe. Durch Auslesen der Absorptionsmesswerte der 5 bekannten Proben (mit bekanntem Nitratwert) und anschlie\u00dfendem Erstellen einer Regressionsgeraden l\u00e4sst sich basierend auf dem ausgelesenen Absorptionswert des zweiten Datensatzes auf den Nitratgehalt der unbekannten Gew\u00e4sserprobe class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ein gro\u00dfer Fachbereich in der Chemie ist die analytische Chemie. Eine Aufgabe ist es hier, Inhaltsstoffe bekannter und unbekannter Konzentration zu bestimmen. Eine M\u00f6glichkeit, bekannte Inhaltsstoffe unbekannter Konzentration zu bestimmen, sind fotometrische Messungen mithilfe von Farbstoffen. Diese Farbstoffe entstehen durch eine Reaktion mit einem spezifischen Inhaltsstoff.<br \/>Je mehr von dem spezifischen Inhaltsstoff (Reaktionspartner) vorhanden ist, desto mehr Farbstoff entsteht und desto st\u00e4rker ver\u00e4ndert sich die Farbe der L\u00f6sung. Da eine Ver\u00e4nderung der Farbe nur dann zustande kommt, wenn die Reaktionspartner in einem bestimmten Verh\u00e4ltnis vorliegen, kann durch die Farb\u00e4nderungen auf die Konzentration zur\u00fcckgeschlossen werden.\u00a0<\/p><p>Zur Bestimmung des Nitratgehaltes von Fl\u00fcssen wurde eine Absorptionsmessung von 5 verschiedenen Proben mit bereits bekanntem Nitratgehalt gemacht (wasserdaten.csv). Aus den auslesbaren Absorptionswerten der 5 Proben l\u00e4sst sich mit den zugeh\u00f6rigen Nitratwerten eine lineare Regression durchf\u00fchren und eine entsprechende Regressionsgerade erstellen. In einer zweiten Absorptionsmessung (im Beispiel mit Wasser aus der Pader; flussdaten.csv) l\u00e4sst sich der Absorptionswert eines Gew\u00e4ssers oder Flusses bestimmen.
